the Equipping Company
I am a life and leadership coach for those in Christian ministry. Working by phone and Skype, I support clients all over the world with confidential space to reflect on life, relationships, and ministry. Coaching is a customized learning environment where the client is the expert and the coach encourages him/her in identifying strengths and motivating passions, helps to harness power for change, and provides structured support to move forward into vision and calling with measurable and achievable goals. Two highlights of great coaching are effective listening and asking powerful questions. Consequently, coaching is strong support for creative problem solving for teams and individuals, and can help to turn the pain and disorientation of transition times into meaningful growth and reframing for the future.
