PIR Ministries
PIR is a restoration ministry for exited and at-risk pastors and their families. We network pastors in transition with churches (Refuge Church) for a 6 month to 1 year program, during which they go through a process that evaluates their gifting, their spiritual life, and trauma of the exit experience. The goal is a restored joy and understanding of God and His call/direction for the pastor and his family. The "Refuge Church" is provided training and support during the process. We also provide resources for pastors at-risk or in crisis including an annual retreat(s). Our website has articles, recommended books, etc. on topics pertinent to pastoral issues.
