Besides the main sessions, there are workshops, small group times, and as always time to connect and learn from one another over meals and during free times.
Online Registration starts May 1. Register by June 30 for best prices.
2026 Location
Ridgecrest, North Carolina
Meetings and accommodations will be in Mountain Laurel with buffet meals in the main dining room in Rhododendron.
2026 Tentative Schedule
Conference registration is Sunday afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with rooms available after 4 p.m. Activities begin with dinner 5:30-6:30 p.m. and the first meeting at 7 p.m.
Departing: We'll be having our traditional communion time together at the end of the Tuesday night session and end our gathering after breakfast on Wednesday, October 21st. We strongly encourage you, however, to stay through breakfast and even linger a bit for a few last conversations before leaving.
Please allow adequate travel time when making any flight arrangements.
